Leasing Land

How Does it Work?

Simply put, we need new places to put billboards! If you have roadside land with decent traffic, we will pay you!

Send us a message! We will call you or email you (whichever you prefer) to discuss your situation and see if you qualify!

Step 1:

See if you qualify! We have to check with the county and zoning to see if your address is allowed to have billboards erected and if so, how many, and what size they have to be.
(don’t worry, we handle this entirely)

Step 2:

Step 3:

Get approved and do a traffic count! Once we get an approval for the construction of the billboard, we will need to do a traffic count on the location. (we basically need to sit and count traffic for a few hours one day) don’t worry this is something we handle as well.

Get Paid! Once we figure out the traffic count and size billboard(s) we are allowed to construct, we can pay you! This is done formally with a lease agreement contract on a yearly basis.

Step 4:

Let us handle the rest! Once the lease is signed and you are paid, it’s our turn to install the billboard and get the advertisers!

Step 5:

Step 6:

Do it again! Every year you will have the option to let us continue the lease or not. If you liked how the year went, let’s do it again! (and pay you again!)

Interested? Let us know!

More Info…

We handle everything! Building the billboard, getting the customers, maintaining the billboard, installation, legalities, permits, regulations with the county, etc.

All we need is your permission! (and the okay from the county)

Amount we pay you for the lease will be calculated by road traffic and square footage of the billboard the county allows us to build on your property (and how many billboards the county allows for your address)

Each property is very different from one another and can range from $500-$10,000 per year (and realistically even more under certain conditions)

The majority of our billboards are in AG Zoned properties of 2 acres. Most of these properties are allowed 1 billboard sized at 4ft by 8ft (no larger than 8ft tall) and while traffic may vary between each location, the average lease agreement is around $900 per year!
